ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 24 hours or sooner unless it’s a pre order item. 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

We Ship Orders Monday through Friday  

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS) ship on the next business day.

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. 

 ALL ORDERS ONLINE MUST BE SHIPPED.

Shipping & Tracking Process  

After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided on your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. 

Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order 

Priority mail  2-3 business days

Express mail - 1-2 business days overnight in some cases

All packages requires a signature 

Foreign Strandz is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

We only offer store gift cards to our store no refunds or order cancellations allowed
